For Graduation Courses, Students should apply in National’s University’s prescribed application form.

Filled up form should be attached with the following : 

  • 5 copies of Passport sized Color Photograph.
  • 2 copies of Stamp-sized Color Photograph.
  • Original Copy and Photocopy of all mark sheets.
